My hosting for that site warned me they where closing down in 4 hours while I was still at work, so never got a chance to back it up.
You can do the same thing on the main dX27 site here - https://dx27.net/dx27cluster1/EQSL_view.php

This page will populate a card with text which you than download to your computer to email to the receiver.

No need to upload a second image, just enter new text fpr a second card and click "save changes"

Images must be below 200kb and 400px x 600px.
