In France we stayed for 1,5 weeks. Here we visited my wife’s family in Le Lude. When I was in Namibia, I had a very nice QSO with KP468 Frederic from France. I told him that I would be in France within the next 2 month. He told me that he lives only 80 km from Le Lude away. So I decided to visit him and his family on the 15th of May this year.
Wow…!!! What a great place and shack he has. Just look at the photos. I made a few nice QSOs on 11m and also a few on the big bands. It was absolute awesome working with this station. In 1.5 years we will be again visiting Europe. And guess where I will be when I am staying in France…
